Here's my problem with the coverage of the Kim Davis case and SCOTUS: same-sex marriage is an issue that is so important to the hearts and souls of so, so many people, that to play the "Will SCOTUS take the case" game is playing with people's emotions when there was no shot that SCOTUS would take it

The simplest explanation of Blackman is he lacks any intelligent view of the law and also does not embarrass easily, given he is proud to be loudly wrong.
josh blackman contends that the equal protection clause allows discrimination against unpopular groups out of pure animus. I’ll just observe that the Court did not need Justice Kennedy to reach the opposite conclusion generations ago.

I think the TN situation was different than the one with the Giants. There was a chance Callahan was going to survive with the Titans. There was very little chance Daboll would last, and the Giants didn’t help Dart’s long term development by turning a blind eye to that reality.
Both 2025 first-round quarterbacks have seen their head coach fired in the first 10 weeks of the season:

Not super valuable (saw it selling for $8 or so in ungraded condition), but a neat find.
