Lots of takes like “wait until grandma can’t get her kidney meds!” And it’s like, this situation is already very real to millions of (young!) disabled people. The “grandma” trope shows how much not-currently-disabled people think they’re immune to chance. Disability can happen to anyone at any time.

I think the epithet I'm starting to use is "ring-sucking, toe-kissing douchebags"
(not kink shaming anyone who likes toe kissing I guess?😂 getting back to the topic at hand, I'm thinking of the ring-kissing toadies of ol' Donny himself, obviously. anything. is "douchebag" is still a good insult?)

Not that it's super important but: there's nothing inherently wrong with being gay or sucking dick. I'm sure the implication is kissing Trump's ring, sucking each other's dicks, etc, but I hope we can veer away from "dick sucking" as a general pejorative when it's a normal sex act lots of ppl enjoy

Still probably one of the best pieces ever written about the people who do go Nazi and what that looks like. This is from the 1940s but every time I read it the more I appreciate the game Dorothy Thompson played.
