If we are cutting International Aid to fund Defence why can't we cut billionaire aid, the biggest 200 companies get £80bn a year in tax breaks, to fight poverty?

The plant is in a hanging planter with the pot on a plant saucer inside the planter. The planter is on a pulley so I can lower the planter & see how much water is going into the planter saucer. Occasionally I have over watered the plant. If this happens I just let the plant dry out. Hope this helps?

GM 🍵 ~ I am loking for a nice Christmas cactus and started looking up how to care for it, etc. Came across this which apparently says different varieties, with different leaves bloom at different times. Curious, is this holding true for yours?

I was an elected councillor for 15 years. It is standard procedure for all cllrs to have through vetting, criminal records checks. Cllrs are vetted to a higher std than politicians. Anyone who is in public office should be scrutinised. It should be mandatory in parliament.

Highland Council is the size of Wales or Belgium. Totally unsustainable, I was a Highland Councillor for 15 years. The issues Inverness face are completely different to the issues Caithness faces as an example.
It is really important, and my challenge to journalists and academics and so on in general is to do this, to point out how completely and utterly out of kilter the UK's idea of "local" government is with international norms. Local government on these islands is an embarrassing legal fiction.

When Scotland becomes independent what assets will England require? Also when Scotland gets rid of the first strike weapon of mass slaughter Trident, England becomes an over-populated small country with no world influence. Loses position on UNSC, G8, G20. Karma will have arrived.😁
