Everyone quitting Gmail for Proton should be aware that Proton also has an 'ai' tool called Lumo. Apparently it can be disabled, but for me that's still crossing the line.

The joke is on Gmail, I pretty much solely use that address for commercial purposes which means they're training AI on marketing spam that was probably also written by AI. I now use a proton address for important shit

To me, it feels like every other tech company is collectively saying, "We spent a TON of money on this AI shit, so you're gonna use it and you're gonna like it because if you don't, then we just wasted all that money on nothing and we did NOT waste that money on nothing!"
