Val’s segment of When I Think About the Future is fantastic, because stopping the big, emotional penultimate musical number for the season to give a sappy, heartbroken love ballad to the most controversial and taboo character in the cast is hilarious in a way people swear Hazbin isn’t capable of.

I’ve been so busy lately I forgot how much I love fall. The smell of the leaves is one of my favorite things.
This year we didn’t get a lot of bright colors since there was a drought right before it got cold, but this maple is still bright red.

Political violence is abhorrent. I have not celebrated Kirk's death.

But Newsom calling for his followers to "continue Charlie Kirk's work," someone who praised stoning gay people as "god's perfect law," who called for men to "take care of" trans people like they did in the 50s and 60s, is not it.

2. Today, Washington Bureau Chief Eric Michael Garcia at The Independent uncovered provisions in the newly released HHS approps bill that would bar federal funding for gender-affirming care nationwide.

Our further analysis also shows a sports ban tied to funding and other provisions in the bill.
NEWS: House Appropriations Committee Republicans released their spending bill for Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies. The legislation would prohibit taxpayer dollars for any type of gender-affirming care for transgender people. This would include programs like Medicaid

Patient identities. Addresses. Medical bills. Private emails and texts. Even social security numbers.

Demanding sensitive information has NOTHING to do with protecting families and EVERYTHING to do with targeting our trans community.

This is invasive government overreach at its finest.

1. Earlier this year, Trump erased transgender people from the Stonewall National Monument webpage, digitally burning the history we helped create.

Now, he's doing the same to bisexual people.

No marginalized group will be safe from the admin's moving targets.

1. Stonewall National Monument took down trans flags and progress pride flags, opting only to fly the rainbow pride flag.

It erases the trans people who led the Stonewall uprising.

Thankfully, New Yorkers have been bringing their own and planting them.

Trump Took Stonewall’s Trans Flags. New Yorkers Brought Their Own.
It is impossible to separate the transgender community from the history of Stonewall, no matter how hard the government may try.

Do NOT call the number below to report aliens but you should retweet it, skeet it, whatever, you know the drill, so others know not to call either.

Seriously, what if you travelled millions of light years only to be ratted out by some toad online ?
I’m hearing rumors that thousands of people are calling the ICE tip line to report little green men and other aliens from outer space. That’s not why ICE set up this number, so you should absolutely NOT call that tip line to report those types of aliens. 👽

I repeat—do NOT call the below number! ☎️

The RFK Jr. version of health, where health creates health and healthy people don't get sick and the thing that keeps you healthy is /living the right way/ is very seductive to a lot of people. It also places the burden of illness back on the ill, which decreases the value of human life.

Where does that data come from?

People rely on federal scientific data. For food recalls, disease updates. Weather. Even when they think they don't.

And the people who make that data are losing their jobs. www.npr.org/2025/05/06/n...

They all are.

They're reducing outlays while increasing taxes through tariffs. In the end they'll embezzle the surplus and add to the deficit.

It's a blatant scam and there's no way these clowns don't know it. They just in it for themselves.
