813,000 voters in Arizona’s 7th Congressional District have been without representation since March. Adelita Grijalva won September's special election to fill her late father’s seat, and is still yet to be sworn in.

You know who takes a cognitive test? People whose family members suspect their loved one is suffering from dementia. If he kept getting “perfect” scores…they wouldn’t keep administering them. My take? He blew the first one he ever took. Now, they’re tracking the decline. I’d bet my hot coffee on it.
