Dry dusting is just moving dust around. I use a spritz of HOCI on my dust cloths. It's amazing how little dust forms especially on the ceiling fans when the corsi box is running pretty much running 24/7. The difference is night and day. When you have fur babies a corsi box is a must.❤️

4/ Damp mopping of dusty surfaces (while wearing respiratory protection), improved central filtration, and portable right-sized HEPA air cleaners or (even better 😀) #CorsiRosenthalBox es can be highly effective at removing fungal spores from indoor air.

3/ Since Valley fever is caused by airborne spores, it is important to wear a good mask/respiratory while working outdoors on windy days in dust prone areas. It can also enter homes, classrooms and other indoor spaces, including resuspension from floor dust when people or pets are present.

2/ When spores enter the lungs and can cause an infection, growth in the lungs (think fungal balls) that release spores. The spores can spread to the joints, bones, brain, and other parts of the body, causing both long-term morbidity and mortality.
