Love is in the garden. 💞 The milkweed assassin bugs #Zeluslongipes are under appreciated. They are great at garden pest control. I will relocate the nymphs to aphid infested plants like peppers and they seem to get their little bellies full. No need for insecticides. I rarely see them on milkweed.

Aphids on milkweed are inevitable. A few friends I invite over for an aphid feast. Lacewing larva, hoverfly larvae and lady beetles/ larvae. Please don't use insecticides to remove the food source from our beneficial helpers. Plant more milkweed. 🦋
