I'm replaying Rogue Trader again and the game is in a much better state now, new DLC content seems pretty dope. Rest in peace old Argenta who could unload an entire mag into a boss in a single turn and do a million damage.

This game looks sick I won't lie, am tempted to drop the £60ish on it.

It'll be another aquisition by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in a pair of fake glasses and moustache.
Ubisoft just postponed its earnings report and halted the trading of its shares. Unclear why at this point but could indicate a major announcement related to the company.

I got into a cab in Vegas once during EVO with @connormakar.bsky.social and the driver asked us what we do for a living and we said we wrote about video games (I almost never answer this question honestly, but it was a good night and he seemed harmless) and he said he loved video games. 1/X
I don't mean to sound too kneejerk here, but I still don't know why I should be unquestionably hyped for this game just because of the name. The last one was made in a completely different era of open world design. This one has suffered repeated delays. At some point, I need convincing!

There's value in someone entrenched in a franchise review those games. There's also value in someone completely new getting their first taste in a review. But this opener sounds like the reviewer doesn't even try to understand what could be good about these games, and continues from there.
Wild opening paragraph, maybe you shouldn't be the one reviewing a Warriors game then

Because there have been so few video game adaptations this year, it's not *impossible* that the live action Furi trailer that was taken down gets a nom at The Game Awards lol
