Fun fact, the Ice Age we are currently in, (We happen to be in an warmer Interglacial period), began 2 million years ago.

The CO2 is now higher now than it was when Humans became a species.

Good job, guys!

Frightening! And Australian government thinks it's OK to extend Gas extraction bomb out to 2070. Perhaps there will be nobody left on earth to run the plant by then.
CO₂ at Mauna Loa just reached a monthly average of >430 ppm for the first time.

That's possibly higher than in over 3.3 million years.

The global RATE of increase is off the chart.

It's hard to exaggerate how unprecedented this is!

Anyone would turn up their toes having to meet with JD Vance.
Pope Francis—the first and (so far) only Latin American pope—criticized hostility toward immigrants & international aid in his official Easter sermon after meeting with JD Vance that day.

Indeed, Trumps Tariff strategy all in one. He and Musk will know exactly when to buy up stocks - when they lift the tariffs.
Eat, and I cannot stress this enough, the rich.
Every single time. When you don't need a paycheck to eat, when you have shit tons of money to sit on, you can eat up all the bankrupted properties and bottomed out stocks and ride the regrowth wave to huge profits. The rich exploit disasters they cause to monetize the rest of our losses.

Only if principled Republicans vote with the Democrats. At the moment Principled Republicans are very few and far between.
Can you impeach a president for deliberately destroying the U.S. economy?

Perhaps that's Trumps strategy all along.
By the way whenever we come out of a deep recession like 2008, the rich get richer

So Trump has exempted Russia from tariffs? It's beginning to look as if Trump is a Russian plant placed there by Putin to destroy America, democracy and the global economic and political order.

Any thinking person must have known what he was going to be like. The people I feel sorry for are those who read the tea leaves and didn't vote for him.
"I assumed his tariff drive would flounder in Congress and he would just kind of sit back and take credit for what was already kind of a rising economy under President Biden. I didn’t expect them to take a wrecking ball to the executive branch." — @kevinmkruse.bsky.social

Well who would have thought? The Earth's atmosphere is shrinking and thinning, just like the US economy, its government institutions and it's democracy! The effect is looking much the same as Elon's Starlink - heading for an almighty crash......

How ironic. Trump supporting electric cars and getting his supporters to follow suit. Isn't the US a net exporter of oil? Never thought I'd see the day that Trump took real action on climate change at the expense of his precious fossil fuel industry.

Why don't we get these numbers for the No 1 existential threat of climate change? Equality won't stand for much when the economy crashes, democracy disappears and the world breaks out in war and famine.
