missing Campsite pretty much daily
With Campsite winding down 🥲, we've moved our team comms back to Notion+Slack.

I would *love* to ditch Slack but we do need a chat layer, so it'll have to do for now.

Well deserved! Definitely recommend checking out Muse, been using it for years.
Apple has chosen Muse as today's App of the Day! Every day is a good day for cozy thinking: apps.apple.com/us/story/id1...

"vibe coding" doesn't it any way describe how I feel when using AI for coding.

"vibe" sounds much more fun. maybe I'm doing it wrong (or doing it too "right").

This is awesome
New thing! @jrcpl.us and I have been exploring home-made software. We made a prototype of a tool for making scrappy little apps for you and your friends.

Where I come from, "story" is often used as a euphemism for "lie".

E.g. "are you telling a story?" == "are you lying?"

Weird choice for the Post tagline, but perhaps apt.
I feel like they had a meeting and decided “we have to be dumber.”

The use of the smiley face emoji sure is something.
The @wordpress.com platform was where @waltmossberg.bsky.social and I started All Things D and later Recode, because it was so good and Matt Mullenweg was always very helpful. But what a pathetic turn for him into a stone cold asshole.

Such weird web design from AWS. Why are these gradient cards so big (and empty)?

A really solid platform for anyone looking to buy
Feels unlikely with 78 followers on here, but ...

We are fielding offers from anyone that might be interested in buying Summit as tech ($0 MRR).

A very well-featured low-code platform with 5 years of ideas baked in.

If you or someone you know might be interested, holler.

Keep thinking about how this helps me shift gears and maintain momentum. That bit of mental friction decreases and it’s easier to get moving.
Finding Cursor to be especially nice for refactoring little things like extract this into a livewire component and it just builds out the class and blade file and does this and that. Not even hard, but just 5 minutes of brain cycles saved.
