My last visit there was two years ago over the Christmas holidays. It was so crowded you could hardly move. Few elevators and unending steps. So go ahead, raise prices, I won't be gouged.

This is a fresh eye opener on the present financial moment and its correlation with Maga-anger, however misplaced it is. Not even a $25/hour minimum wage would fix this.
This is an insightful but deeply upsetting article about why everyone in the US feels poor, and why the current political situation emerges as a direct result.

The military has a duty to refuse unlawful orders, but Congress has a duty to remove from office a president and secretary who would issue such orders. There is something off about members of Congress talking about the former while refusing to say the latter, the part that's actually their job here.

Air Travel could be significantly improved by the FAA stipulating three things:
* One free checked bag for all customers
* Minimum legroom set at Comfort/Premium Economy standard (which was the old pre-9/11 standard legroom)
* Disallowing stock buybacks for airlines
