This sums up the verifiable impact of DOGE.
In the end, it didn’t cut government spending, and there was no promised “savings.” In the end, DOGE destroyed countless lives, ravaged American soft power, killed hundreds of thousands of people around the world (soon millions), & stole your data.

Elon Musk should be on trial.

it was one of their biggest successes.

doge wasn't trying to cut waste, fraud, and abuse. it was trying to destroy careers, scientific research, and aid programs.

it was phenomenally successful at those things.
DOGE is one of the greatest failures of the Trump administration. The next Democratic administration should pick up that issue and actually work to cut government waste, fraud, and abuse. I’d suggest starting by taking a look at Elon Musk’s government contracts.

#DOGE is dead 🙌 We drove Elon out of Washington early, and we should celebrate that. But when you look at his real mission (hint, not cost savings) it's clear that he got a lot of what he wanted. Now he's back in Trump's good graces, and we need to finish the job. #TeslaTakedown

Trump’s Economic Approval Drops 15 Points Since March, New Poll Shows
Washington, D.C. A new CBS News/YouGov survey shows a significant drop in President Donald Trump’s approval rating on the economy, falling 15 points since March. The poll, conducted Nov. 19–21, found that 36 percent of Americans approve of Trump’s handling of economic issues, down from 51 percent earlier this year. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); The decline is steeper than Trump’s overall job-approval drop, which fell 11 points during the same period to 40 percent. The most substantial shift comes from independent voters. Today, 76 percent of independents disapprove of Trump’s economic performance, compared with 54 percent in March. Only 24 percent approve, down from 46 percent. The same trend appears in Trump’s overall approval among independents. Seventy-two percent now disapprove of his job performance, an increase from 53 percent in March. Democratic support for Trump has also eroded. Just 3 percent of Democrats approve of his handling of the economy, compared to 16 percent in March. Only 4 percent approve of his overall job performance. Republican support remains high, though slightly reduced. Eighty-one percent of GOP voters approve of Trump’s economic leadership, down from 88 percent in March, while overall approval within the party remains effectively unchanged at 89 percent. The poll comes as the administration shifts focus to economic messaging after Democratic victories in statewide and local races earlier this month. The survey included 1,489 adults with a 2.4-point margin of error.
