Hot take that's been on my mind: I don't really like the Elephant Man. The class politics are really cackhanded and offensive. The working class are portrayed as mindless drunken baddies, whilst the middle class are nuanced, kind, empathetic.

My knitting has been interrupted again because of bad shoulder goings on and I hate it. Considering buying a bunch of embroidery stuff so that I don't lose my mind completely (craft=good mental health for me).
