Just got a Sabbat subscription box from Silverthorpe and Daughters, and it is LUSH!!

My shoulder pain is better, just residual nerve irritation/pain in my hand. BUT I am allowed to knit again so yes, I have cast on a new thing:

My cable jumper is in timeout for a while since I noticed I messed up the decreases in the sleeve and will have to frog half the sleeve back, ARRRRGGGGHHH. knitting is a cruel mistress sometimes.

Shoulder update: it still hurts but it's getting better everyday thanks to yoga, physio exercises, amyltrypteline.

I've been doing fireside asana every day this week and it's been lush. Yoga saves my ass, yet again.

Holiday reading.... didn't think I'd get through all of these but it's a rainy week in the Lake District. I highly recommend NeuroQueer CJ DeBarra which explores the intersections between neurodivergence, sex, kink, sexuality and relationships in a v readable way.
Four book covers. Currently reading.... I find it impossible to read one book at a time. And still can't get back into novels.

Spent the afternoon in At Gwynno's Forest in the Rhondda valley and found a waterfall 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿❤️ I also collected some reeds to make a St Brigid's cross for Imbolc. #witchsky
