I am not surprised that the corporate Dems did this! There is a palpable anger and humongous anti establishment sentiment which shows no signs of abatement. With the affordability crisis getting only worse, more and more progressives are going to get elected. The days of the Dem. Party are numbered!
Thinking of this quote from Mamdani’s victory speech.
“We have bowed at the altar of caution and we have paid a mighty price” !!!!!! Say it louder so mr Schumer can hear!!!!

BREAKING: A federal judge issued a nationwide preliminary injunction blocking the Trump admin from slashing National Institutes of Health payments for research overhead, a decision that suggests plaintiffs seeking to overturn the sweeping policy change are likely to eventually succeed.

The NIH announced it will slash billions of dollars of support to universities and research centers.

This is one of the biggest attacks on science we have ever seen. It could dismantle the biomedical research system, shut down clinical trials, and halt development of treatments.

It's takes a ton of courage to do this. God speed.

To be accurate it's Socialism per se. What is wrong in having basic necessities guaranteed? We the working class create value by makiya d consuming goods. What value does the capitalist add?
So you'd sign up for Communism if it meant healthcare, rent, and groceries were affordable.

Four companies dominate the potato market, and they're being accused of price fixing.

Two class action suits allege that the 'potato cartel' increased prices similarly and simultaneously.

This price-fixing allegedly affected fries, tater tots, and all frozen potato products.

Would add FEC to the X oversight since it is, at this point, a party media mechanism.
And more than a dozen federal agencies are investigating his operations, suing his companies, issuing fines, or claiming that he's violating federal law

There's something of a curious irony here insofar as Black/Jewish solidarity was a cornerstone of the Civil Right Movement, particularly where legal strategy is concerned.

Of note, Jewish Philosopher Abraham Joshua Heschel marched with John Lewis and Martin Luther King, Jr. at Selma.
Those Nazis marched through Columbus yelling the n-word and other slurs over a bull horn. You think the black people who marched the next day weren’t scared? Maybe our fear means nothing to you.

Black people in Columbus were scared and marched ANYWAY. Other scared groups just put out statements.

From 1989 to 2019, the richest 1% of families increased their share of total national wealth from 27% to 34%.

At the same time, families in the bottom 50% saw their share drop from 4% to 2%.

When we say trickle-down economics is a hoax, this is what we mean.

In my interactions with co-workers and neighbors a common theme I get is the opposition to any kind of welfare programs which they pin it on Democrats. To them it's the root cause of every bad thing!
trump is the benevolent czar and if bad things happened under his watch he clearly can’t be responsible for them. it was his evil advisors!
Disturbing: A big reason Trump won was undecideds couldn't be persuaded that millions of jobs lost in 2020 and death of Roe were Trump's fault, internal Harris campaign polling showed. Biden/Ds let Trump rehabilitate himself to disastrous effect.

Biden administration was the first since deregulation (Reaganomics) to at least try to enforce anti trust laws in various sectors like big tech, agriculture, live stock etc. Also the first administration in almost 3 decades with an increase in manufacturing jobs.
a lot of people are emotionally invested in hating democrats and get mad when people don’t reflect that back to them
