I swore an oath to the Constitution in 1986. I've upheld it through 25 years of service and every day since I retired.

If Trump's trying to intimidate me, it won’t work. I’ve given too much to our country to be silenced by bullies who care more about power than the Constitution.

Well, the case against James Comey was effectively dismissed WITH PREJUDICE because it can't be brought again.

Pam Bondi allowed the statute of limitations to run while her illegitimate prosecutor was wasting everyone's time.

You would think an Assistant Attorney General at DOJ would know this.

The U.S. Department of Justice filed an amicus brief Monday supporting Texas’ gerrymandered congressional map, boldly claiming that the much-maligned letter it sent urging state leaders to redistrict was not, in fact, the reason why Texas redrew its map immediately after receiving the letter.

Democratic lawyer Marc Elias said his election litigation boutique, Elias Law Firm, has been growing quickly in head count and demand since he launched it four years ago, partly thanks to a surge in litigation over voting rights and redistricting over the last year. www.law.com/newyorklawjo...

The boutique has grown to 62 total attorneys since its founding in 2021, an increase Elias credited largely to redistricting fights at the state level.

Alabama finally has someone ready to fight for the Alabama instead of letting Tuberville, a non-resident drifter, run his mouth from Florida.

Doug is stepping in with actual roots, actual plans, and an actual stake in the future of the state.
