Waiting for very non-urgent direct access GP referral X ray. Lovely receptionist fitted me in anyway ‘since you’re here’, but nice GP got it wrong as hospital managing capacity by limiting walk ins. Wondering if plan for direct access diagnostics will be easier in theory than practice …
