SO this lady who lives miles away from me in a different neighborhood filed a complaint w/the city that’s now potentially going to get my little free library & little free pantry shut down unless we can amend code to specifically protect site amenities as such pls sign my petition

I can’t drink plain water.
It has to have cordial or carbonation or something flavourful added.
I’ve put my body into shock by drinking plain water, it’s that intense.
Our tap water, growing up, was green with algae half the year, brown with silt the other half.
Cordial was used to cover it up.

Starving children is never okay. And as someone who has belonged to that social strata, yeah, there's fraud, because the system has been set up to make it impossible to be a part of society without it. Stinking, blood-covered teens with rotting teeth are not welcome very frequently.
