This lil’ gremlin is 16 years old, forcibly retired to Inside Life ~6m ago (NZ Renting FTW 😓) & is SO DAMN SASSY it’s honestly impressive.

View down the length of a warm-grey couch, in the corner of an off-white room. The back of the couch is to the left, the far arm of the couch is in the middle of the top edge of the picture. Couch is covered with a teal blanket, & a sky-blue Tri-pillow/V-shaped pillow is perched along the arm of the couch in view. A heated throw in a light cool grey is folded on top of the teal couch-covering blanket. The cabling for the blanket is visible along the right hand edge of the picture. Control panel is visible toward the bottom of the right-hand edge; while parallel to the arm of the couch/turned 90° to the left for the viewer, number 3 is visible in red on a black panel in the white plastic control structure. On this heated throw, a cat is in repose. His back feet point toward the back of the couch, parallel with the couch arm. His back stretches along the centre of the couch & all its blankets, & he has his left arm stretched toward the viewer. The right paw stabilises his right shoulder (left for the viewer) as he holds his head up for a truly magnificent yawn. His fur is dual-layered; the undercoat is white while the overcoat is black. Age has turned the black more of a warm caramel/coke brown in places. His nose is also black, making the deep pink of his tongue startling in comparison. A tall, skinny cat is sitting upright in the frame, against a fairly light, blurry background. His eyes appear a light golden-green, his ears are upright & there is a tear in his left ear (to the right for the viewer). His fur is dual-layered; a short, white undercoat with a longer black undercoat, giving a slightly Smokey effect. Some of the black is fading to more of a caramelly, coke-esque brown. If the picture were divided into 9 equal rectangles, the cat’s body occupies the four in the bottom left corner, while the eyes are about level with the cutoff for the top row. His ears are similarly around the divides for the left & right columns in the top row. If one used these vague 9-section lines, they could make a neat square including his right eye in the square’s top left corner, his nose in the bottom right corner, & the 9-section divisions to form the top & left-most sides. (I hope that makes sense!)
