We agree with Harm Reduction Coalition Aotearoa that it's time to scrap the carceral and unjust Misuse of Drugs Act and replace it with legislation that legalises and regulates all drugs through an approach grounded in affirming human rights and harm reduction. www.rnz.co.nz/news/nationa...
