Does linux actually crash or does it normally do what mine just did and stop mid operation doing nothing cos I would've preferred a windows style bluescreen to tell me it's not gonna start working and needs rebooting instead of me just waiting for 10 minutes to find out the hard way

NEVER MIND! After finishing 3+4 I was gonna replay from the start and saw my save file for the end of chapter 1, and when I checked, chapter 2 as well. It just didn’t show up on the start of chapter 3 for some reason ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Not too surprised but I don’t think deltarune took into account people on linux using proton cos the save thing didn’t work
