The Draeger masks have a foam pad under the metal nosepiece to cushion it. I'm a wee bit allergic to the foam though.
If you really can't tolerate metal nosepieces, I suggest checking out readimask. They are adhesive. Not the cheapest option, but I react to most tape but not this.

I have just hung up the last of my hand wash clothes to dry. I feel very accomplished right now because most of those clothes were waiting to be washed since last year. Or possibly the year before.

I said all that in defense of you. And it's because you didn't have bodily autonomy growing up that it matters more so now than it ever did. Bodily autonomy isn't just for trans people it's for women who don't think they should be forced to do something with their body against their will
