Most Americans wake up in the morning and go about their daily business. The information blizzard in social media and the news cycle is actually not in their radar. I find comfort in this fact.

To even suggest that we have the impartiality and/or moral clarity to determine when to finish other human life is preposterous. Tyler Robinson is charged with a heinous crime. Many are out just for blood, not justice. The Death Penalty is an abomination and a barbarism.

We can't turn down the heat if we don't acknowledge the problem. Unrest & violence are stoked by the culture of fear (& unfettered access to firearms) pushed by Trump & his enablers. Empty words with no retrospection = gaslighting.

Also, kudos to KUER for accurately labelling the supermajority.

We keep treating the Trump administration as they were close to competent or honorable, they are not. They only have one mandate, be cruel to immigrants, and deflect from the rampant corruption in the White House. That. Is. The. Reality!!!!

This is not diversion, the flag banning law was to signal exclusion and discrimination. SLC chose inclusion and acknowledgement of a diverse society so everyone in it feels welcomed and safe
GOP Senate President Stuart Adams said he is disappointed in Salt Lake City for “diverting time and resources away from real pressing community needs.”

The bill’s Senate sponsor, Dan McCay, called the city’s new flags a “performative gesture.”
Legislative leaders say SLC’s new flags are ‘political theatrics’ — but no word on if they’ll amend pride flag ban
