Normally, I would describe myself as opposed to loyalty tests of all stripes. However, I do firmly believe that well-paying journalism jobs are so rare today that if you believe that the excerpt from Olivia Nuzzi's book is well-written or insightful, you should be forced out of the profession.

I think people need to accept that there is both an urban/rural divide and a northern/southern divide. Major cities in the south tend to vote for Dems but by smaller margins than cities in the north.
