Buried in the fine print of a sweeping federal package dubbed the “One Big Beautiful Bill” was a quiet land grab. That language is now gone from the bill — scrapped because of bipartisan pressure from those of us who still believe in fighting for what’s right.

A great #AltCitizen and great conservationist, too.

“As President, he played a key role in strengthening the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System, and securing federal protection for the Chattooga River. Carter also ensured a legacy of healthy, free-flowing rivers”

While Fox News frames this as a "liberal" cause. Maybe it's just regarding the Constitution as law.
Meanwhile justices Thomas and Alito admit they would support a dictator and damn the constitution!

Which is better for US, an authoritarian themed birthday party for our leader OR National Parks?
Trump fired over 1,000 National Park staff in February, and most still haven’t been reinstated. The $45 million he’s wasting on a military parade for his birthday could have paid their salaries for over a year.

The Trump admin is fast-tracking a uranium mine in Utah by slashing the permitting process to 14 days, bypassing environmental review and cutting the public out entirely. Projects like this are supposed to go through NEPA, the law that requires environmental impact assessments and public comment.
