The view at London Waterloo has changed so much over the years. My first visit was years before the International platforms were built, and the London Eye was a figment of the imagination. The view on the platforms has changed accordingly, gone are locos and vehicles of old. #SWR

To find out what happened when we met him, read this 👇
In a Costa in east London, we finally put some questions to Andrew Milne
Why is he sending threatening letters? Does he think he’s committed fraud? And will he be paying the money back?

Ever since we started covering Andrew Milne, the solicitor who's been sending letters asking Sheffield leaseholders for thousands of pounds, we've been building up a list of questions.

Unfortunately, he's not been keen to answer them. So we eventually tracked him down to a Costa in east London.

Determined independent local journalism is uncovering the despicable practices of a solicitor who's scared/conned homeowners into spending thousands of pounds each under the threat of losing their homes.

I've signed up as a pais subscriber so that they can continue doing this and more.

Once more, for those at the back who yet again weren't paying attention:
Ebike = e-assisted (which cuts off at 15.5mph) and has a motor of max 250w

E-moto = any electric bike faster or more powerful than that

It's really not difficult to tell the difference.
