In its anxiety to air the baseless conspiracy theory which supports its editorial line on trans people, the BBC simply fails to report that the mis-citation in the uncorrected 308 page Tribunal decision is (for reasons I explain here) of no consequence at all. bsky.app/profile/did:...
It is true that the uncorrected version of the Sandie Peggie decision miscites Forstater as being the source for the proposition that the Equality Act contains no hierarchy of rights. But the proposition is plainly correct, and is found in eg Turani [2019] EWHC 1586 (Admin).

Long ago lodger when my first child was newborn once informed me (we live in a tenement flat built in the 1880s) that babies can see the souls of all who have died in a building. This stayed with me rather.
