see my only problem with haunted houses is that I see real actual gore (if surgery counts) and definitely gross shit on the almost daily so often I'll be so immersed in analyzing some of the prop work that I can only get mildly startled

The eye exam is the perfect game design. That big E is a great tutorial that teaches you the basic mechanic. But it doesn't baby you and quickly gets hard as they introduce the small and blurry enemies.
