The whole area surrounding the Sunwell got a small revamp, a BUNCH more paladins around the Sunwell to better show that it's not just a handful of soldiers sustaining it.
They also added a few more priests of other faiths, and Magisters walking around replenishing mana tables.

9.1.5 dropped one day with the coolest batch of brand new extensive customization for ARs and it never happened again. Everything about customization since then is just textures work. Where is the roadmap for this subject that should be a great priority with its demand?
Well, I wouldn't get your hopes up for any meaningful character customization in WoW anytime soon, per this Windows Central interview. The fact they lead with a "don't have a roadmap just yet" is not exactly encouraging since they haven't even finalized a plan to start.
