Avoid jargon and buzzwords whenever possible. When you have to use terms that might not be commonly known or used among your audience, explain what these terms mean. If you can't avoid a lot of specific terms, include a glossary of terms that users can refer to when needed.

We recommend this to our clients, and we get them to re-record their demo just for us (the pressure!)
One of the best ways to debug something new you're building is to record a demo and go over everything.

I was prepping a demo for one of my waiting clients and found at least 10 things that needed a retouch.
