If I’ve been cooking in your home, chances are after I’m gone you’ll find it better organized than when you left it. Probably cleaner too 😂

I get that we are generally a hot mess as a nation, but I never expected so many to sell their patriotism for so little.

Welcome to Donald Trump’s America, where First Amendment lawyers find themselves compelled to advise people that they have no First Amendment rights.

If I could speak to billionaires quivering in fear, I would ask: Is the risk of losing some money worth sacrificing your dignity?

If I could speak to Republican politicians, I would ask: Is the risk of losing an election worth being remembered as a coward?

💯 Insanity is not a strategy, and when the perceived stability of the US is gone ( and it is GOING, don’t let your American hubris fool you) the house of cards falls, and might never be rebuilt
A top economics reporter goes off script on national TV: “I am going to say this at risk of my job, but what President Trump is doing is insane.”

know that clients hire me to keep them on a health and weight conscious diet, but a secret fear of mine is those days when they’re craving a cheeseburger deluxe and they open the lunch I’ve sent like this

For some reason it seems like a good time to rewatch Cold Mountain… a timely blend of practical knowledge (how to mend a split rail fence!) emotional comfort ( the importance of friendship and supporting one another through difficult times!) and of course the pure eye candy that is Jude Law 😂

Today I get to have breakfast with one dear friend, and then lunch with another… and in between I’ll wander my city and see what she has to show me. No news, no worrying just time with amazing people I love ❤️

That whooshing sound you hear is all morals and personal integrity leaving the room…
This is Marco Rubio explaining how the USA promised to defend Ukraine forever if they got rid of their nuclear arsenal left after the Soviet Union fell.

This is why lil marco was sinking into the couch. He was hoping we wouldn’t find it…so don’t RT right now this very second.

Republicans are too chickenshit to hold town halls. Shocker.

Here’s an idea: Democrats, hold town halls in Republican districts.

I have long believed that Dr Seuss perfectly understood human nature and society and laid it all out in his chef d’oeuvre, The Sneetches. The insidious need to inflate oneself by denigrating others seems to be in our DNA, and explains a lot of the reason why we are where we are.
