This doesn't make sense when you remember that puberty blockers are regularly prescribed for cis children all the time with no issue. It's only banned for trans youth.

It's basically telling district court judges to abandon the law and become partisan hacks or else all their rulings will be overturned.
The dripping contempt the right wing SCOTUS majority holds for district judges is truly a sight to behold every time. When they deign to give actual reasons for their shadow docket holdings, it’s “look at the absolute idiots who keep getting everything wrong!”
