More and more Americans are voicing their outrage at the tactics being deployed by federal agents in Minnesota. But it’s important to understand the broader implications of what this administration is doing, and the threat it poses to the basic freedoms of every American.

It's reassuring to drop into Twitter, see some MAGA ass clown write some dumb shit about how Pretti was attacking federal agents, and then watch the community bum rush him. People are starting to realize that the emperor has no clothes, no matter how hard he insists otherwise.

The really scary thing about the core of this administration is that they all know that the moment it ends, their careers in public life are finished, and many of them are likely going to prison. There is no coming back from this shame. So they're all doubling down.

Rubio is such a preposterous clown. It's hard to believe he was ever a legitimate candidate for President. What changed? Oh yeah, he got on his knees for Trump. How does he face his family? This is a man who knows that as soon as this administration is done, he's done.
DUCKWORTH: The administration has acknowledged that the vast majority of the men it rounded up and deported to torture under this law had no criminal record

RUBIO: We didn't torture anybody. Who did we torture?

Believe them when they tell you they're coming for your guns, America.
The Trump Administration always seems so unaware of what they say is so self-damning. Are you kidding me!? 🗽

ICE & U.S. Customs & Border Protection employed at least 30 people with sexual & violent criminal histories in recent years.

At least 20 agents committed offenses with underage victims. The bulk of abuse happened within the last two years.

This article includes names of the agents.

Apparently the institutions are riddled with accused sex criminals.

😂 We have a winner.
Greg Bovino sadly filling one steamer trunk after another with elaborate fashy overcoats, the teargas canisters he always has bouncing around on him like labubus, and dozens of "chest-belts." They will be shipped ahead of him as he prepares to return to his home, which is a men's size 10 boot.

There's something deeply ironic about Bluesky being such a hotbed of WWE fans. I mean, if you think about it, WWE (or WWF, as it was known in my day) was basically a tutorial for King Douche in the White House. Performance is all that matters. Substance is for suckers.

Abolish ICE is not enough.

Stern words for Greg Bovino or Kristi Noem is not enough.

We need prosecutions and trials.

Anything short of this position fails to address the gravity of this moment.

Here's the thing, Greg — free speech is still protected by the First Amendment under the Constitution.

If you want folks to stop saying you're the secret police who are kidnapping and killing people, maybe stop acting like the secret police who are kidnapping and killing people.
Bovino: "When politicians, community leaders, & some journalists engage in that heated rhetoric we keep talking about, when they make the choice to vilify law enforcement calling law enforcement 'Gestapo' or using the term 'kidnapping,' that is a choice & there are actions & consequences."

Always been an Apple guy. Powerbook was my first laptop. Had the first iPhone on Day 1. Thanks to Tim Cook licking Trump's boots, my kids are going to be raised on products developed by Apple competitors whose CEOs don't cave to fascists. #FuckYouApple

What, exactly, does the NYTimes think an investigation will reveal that we don't already know? The video is clear, the identity of the victim is known, and his death at the hands of one or more federal officers is a concrete fact (concrete enough for a grand jury, anyway). Indict!

Props to Governor Hochul.
Secretary Noem has forfeited her right to lead. I’m calling on her to resign.

Gregory Bovino must also be fired.

No one, not an ICE agent, not a federal officer, not a president, is above the law.

Yes, the GOP controls Congress. That's why it's key to show Congress COULD stop the madness. And it's not just the DHS bill. Congress could repeal the prior multi-year $75b for DHS; set up a special investigative committee (cf. Watergate); amend the Insurrection Act; etc.

The majority of organizing happening in Minnesota isn’t just peaceful, it’s INVISIBLE. Moms showing up who won’t be interviewed on TV, people whose ICE patrols don’t turn into viral video. The grocery runs, the donations, the people filming bc they happen to be there. Please remember this.
