I can't understate the catastrophic changes in my life that have happened in the last month.
I went from a relatively active(-ish, I'm not fooling myself about being the fittest person around) I could bound up four flights of stairs laden with shopping bags full of food and not get 1/5

Might sound morbid, but this might be my last Christmas
I love it for various reasons. I've relied on it to get me through some dark times

Cancer/chemo life:
Yes I am awake at 4:30am, but I've woken up with the most horrendously dry mouth, it's taken me over ten minutes to apply enough internal and external moisturiser to stop it hurting.
A saliva stimulating lozenge, and then back to bed.
