Work today is being rather nice. I'm working with a very nice lady that is teaching me new stuff because our work has different stuff we do on specific months and other stuff we do all the time. But this lady is the best because she always takes long breaks so it's very chill.

Talking as a person that follows tons of artists: this is shitty advice. I love artists that support fellow creatives, I follow many that post and bump daily, and I love it when artists support new people (that could be seen as "not as good") even if just following them.
you know, when I still cared about follower count and shit back on twitter, I remember seeing an article with 'tips' for a successful art account. It said to never retweet other artists, only bump art once a month, only follow 'good' artists, so on, so forth. I tried doing that for months...

Is there an easy way to make a custom feed? Everything I have seen requires a tutorial and a degree in IT.

Aaaaaand my partner needs to go out to a work emergency once more... After working 8 hours as well.
I swear I try but when it's 12 hours one day, 6 the next one, and 8+??? now it gets really really hard. I feel kinda lonely after so much time.

Any idiot saying that Genie 3 is the future of videogames hasn't played a game. Ever. Also, they don't even know what a game is, what level design is, or what players want. And if you're a "player" excited about Genie 3, you don't really like games or you're just extremely stupid.

I just realised that the fact I want to do things, even if I don't do them, is an improvement. Before I didn't want to do things, I even avoided thinking about doing them, now it's the opposite. So I guess I am doing better mentally/emotionally.

My partner has a demanding job, he can get called anytime if something breaks (dw, he gets paid well for this). He got called today, he is actually out rn, and even so he got me flowers and a slice of cheesecake and he's the best and I love him so much 💜

My next book will be my 10th published book (16th if you count the six I unpublished because my writing got better)! Which is a lot when you consider I didn't ever imagine trying to write anything for the majority of my life. Which is to say, try stuff... you never know!

Update: I wasn't really successful but maybe after lunch? If not, that's okay too! It's hard for me to say this but failing is fine, I can try again later or tomorrow.
It's hard to be productive today after a week full of pain and being tired. But I *want* to do things, because after one good night I feel a little better. So... I guess I'll try, and if you're also struggling I hope you find some motivation too!
