What scenes are the hardest and easiest for you to write?
Hardest: I'm a beginner I'd say so *many* are still the hardest. Fights and descriptions mostly.
Easiest: thanks to roleplaying I think dialogues where characters express important things are easier for me.

Based on my experience checking romance books and in roleplay settings I can confirm this. Put an orc or a werewolf instead of a flower and done. Actually make flavours with different monsters, that would sell fast af
