Can I also recommend offering to go and do the shopping / do laundry / walk the dog for someone you know of that’s struggling a bit

I did meals on wheels for a while but I ended up doing other things for some of the local elderly folk instead

No indication of how long for. Must be a devastating blow for fishermen approaching Xmas.
