This is the same reason why The Prince is one of the most overrated pieces of literature that has ever been created.
Art of War was a manual for 5th century BC noble failsons to prevent them from losing the entire army to diarrhea. This is why it appeals so much to oligarch failsons of the 21st century AD.
This is like when you read the art of war and find out it’s full of stuff like “your soldiers don’t fight as well if they’re starving. Make sure you feed them.”
