It's been over three weeks and they still haven't released the Epstein files because withholding exculpatory evidence is clearly what you do when you're "innocent."

I don't really post anymore, but I would like to carry on writing books at some point in the future.

Hate to be annoying, but any chance you could retweet so old twitter followers can find me if they want to? Going to delete my twitter, or at least abandon it on lock and let it die a slow death.

I normally dislike the term ‘newly minted’ but I applaud its use here, in British slang.
Nearly 40% of newly minted billionaires this year received their wealth through inheritance.

This is the highest figure since UBS started releasing its annual billionaire wealth report in 2015.

Another reminder that the myth of the "self-made" billionaire is just that, a myth.

Excellent news from the budget. Gambling industry will be taxed more, resulting in a reduction of marketing and publicity, to cut costs. That means we’re finally going to be free of having the ridiculous Peter crouch or Mourinho normalising addiction on our screens #gambling #budget #paddypower

Absolutely agree. Also the tax on gambling industry is a celebration.. Labour did provide a left wing budget, but they can do better. I think they will., but it will be too late.

The UK, where the day after a decision to take half a million children out of poverty, the media & political world has been full of sneering at those same children & their families, labelling them as ‘Benefits Street’, while the same people are moaning about a tax on £2m mansions. Shameful stuff.

The UK is losing up to £250m a day in lost tax revenue due to the economic impact of Brexit, House of Commons Library analysis for the Lib Dems suggests.

Brexit has blown a "black hole of [up to] £90 billion a year in the public finances" the party says. Even under lower estimates the hit is ~£65bn

Still reeling from the Stanford report on Brexit. Reduced GDP by up to 8% and investment by as much as 18%. The UK Treasury would have £40 billion more each year if Britain had remained in the EU. Devastating self-immolation.

Farage can now be easily boxed in to a corner where his only ‘defence’ becomes: “Yes I spouted Kremlin propaganda & Putin worship but, unlike Nathan Gill, I didn’t need bribes to do it.”
It is, once again, a question of whether interviewers have the temerity to shut down his whining obfuscations.
