Yesterday was my last Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) session! I’m
excited I don’t have to drive to & from SLP every week day during rush hour anymore but I’ll miss the awesome Park Nicollet 3rd floor Mental Health staff. Oh yeah, I can function like a real human now. 10/10 would recommend

The companies that understand DEI are committed to it. The ones that were never serious are dropping it because they never really wanted to do anything different. If you want to make better decisions, hire from a broader candidate pool, sell to all customers, inclusion and diversity are key.
Just read the response from Costco to shareholders requesting it back down from DEI. It was glorious. It begins "Our Board has considered this proposal and believes … an enterprise rooted in respect and inclusion is appropriate and necessary." and gets better. A happy investor #diversityandinclusion
