Today was a good day. Started with a massage and progressed to a lovely stroll around the neighborhood. Some training and healthy exposures testing his comfort level and succeeding at every step. 🙌❤️🥰

I didn’t get out of bed until noon. Tidied up my plants and did so because I wanted to, not begrudgingly. I ordered food delivered to my door. I haven’t even brushed my hair.
