I have IBS. Moderate to severe. Doc asks me if I've been diagnosed, but because I diagnosed myself, AND suffer the right symptoms, he won't list it as one of my problems.
He's a nice fellow but this brings back my low opinion of docs.
Shit, except for the cardiac condition, I'll look after myself.
