I have recently seen the words “middle class” creeping into bsky posts about what dems need to do to get or keep them. This is soooo misleading about who wants what. Workers at every level except the multi-millionaire+ class need the next admin to fight for them. Not just for the middle class.

All 21 of the boats sunk out of Venezuela were sunk illegally. Ultimately the investigation will engulf the chain of command from Hegseth down to the guy who fired the missile. Administrations change and consequences accrue. No statute of limitations on war crimes.

<div class="field field-field-text"><p>Israel's Knesset overwhelmingly approved the first reading of a government bill on Wednesday to cut water and electricity to facilities owned or operated by United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (Unrwa). </p>
<p>The bill also grants Israeli authorities to take control of lands registered with the Israel Land Authority and seize poroperties used by Unrwa.</p>
<p>The bill was referred to the relevant Knesset committee for further consideration.</p>
<p>Israel has banned Unrwa from the occupied West Bank and Gaza since October 2024.</p>
