I have come to the conclusion the EHRC guidance on single sex spaces should not even come to Parliament. It is misleading and has caused distress for my trans constituents.

I’ve heard EHRC consultation responses will likely be outsourced to a company that will use AI to read them.
So, whilst using templates is convenient and less stressful, responses must be sufficiently individual to not be considered mass produced or copies, or they won’t be counted.

I’ve tabled NC122 to the Crime and Policing Bill to make hate crimes against people because of their sexual orientation, transgender identity or disability an aggravated offence. We must treat these offences with the seriousness they deserve. Please ask your MP to sign NC122.
