People need to stop saying Trump and Musk “can’t” do the illegal things they are doing. It implies that it’s going to be stopped.

The wording should focus on whether they will be allowed to do so. Whether it will be enforced.

Ultimately that’s the distinction, and it should be our focus.

“DOGE” does not exist.

It is not a real department.

It has never been a real department.

Elon Musk has no legal authority to do anything and has zero congressional approval.

Anything to do with “DOGE” is ILLEGAL.

We did not have a FAA administrator to respond to the tragic crash last night in DC. Why? Because Elon Musk pushed the head appointed under Biden to resign after he fined SpaceX for failing to follow safety license requirements. www.theverge.com/news/603113/...
The FAA is facing a major crisis without a leader because Elon Musk pushed him out

It is OK for us to acknowledge (briefly) that the scope of the evil overwhelming America right now is "awesome" in the oldest sense of that word—it produces a momentary, _paralyzing_ awe.

It's hard to know what to talk about or write about or fight back against first due to the size of the assault.

Please remember that this administration is not “the government.” They are not governing. The government is not the bad guy. Trump and the oligarchs are the bad guys. They are dismantling “the government.”

A federal judge just blocked Kroger's $24.6B acquisition of Albertsons.

Four corporations control 70% of retail grocery sales in America. Kroger and Albertsons are two of those corporations.

Less competition means more opportunity to price gouge.

This deal was a rotten egg.
