What are the odds of the last two films I watched both featuring Randall “Tex” Cobb playing a character called Wolf? As he was a corrupt prison guard in the first and a prisoner in the second I’m going to assume they’re set in the same universe.

The other performance? There's a world in which Hackman would have directed and starred in Silence of the Lambs. He read the novel, said he could instantly see it as a movie and see himself in it, and acquired the rights. He worked on it, then surrendered it, reportedly put off by the violence. 3/
