Yellow cards for taking your shirt off is one thing, but I’m suggesting an instant red for anybody kissing the camera. The last thing anybody needs is somebody’s gritty central midfielder nicking the screen in close up.

Fantastic effort in that second half again. Not sure where they got the energy from. Quality from Brobbey. Still somehow undefeated during AFCON. Hopefully they can find some way to recharge before Brentford midweek #SAFC

Can’t complain about the scoreline at this stage. Assume it’s pretty understandable tiredness, but we’ve been off the pace and slow on the ball throughout. Not sure how but if we can find a bit of a spark I weirdly think there is a goal or two there for us though #SAFC

My ongoing quest to have possession stats universally acknowledged as the most pointless in football really helped by the early kick-offs in League One today. Lincoln 33% with 17 shots and 5 goals. Bolton with 70% also 17 shots and not even one on target.

Every year when I take the decorations down I end up forgetting one thing. This year I made a special effort to check and remember feeling quite smug that I’d definitely not done it this year. Anyway 11 hours later I’ve just noticed this was still on the sofa.

I’m sure the history of the US removing dictators from office is littered with success stories. At least I would be if I’d never read a book, which is presumably why the current lot are so confident.
