Camilla Taylor demonstrating her work “Change” that is part of the exhibition she curated titled “My House Burned Down”. Taylor lost her home and studio in the Eaton fire and she invited seven other artists who lost their homes to participate in the exhibition which continues downtown thru 6/28.

My House Burned Down is an exhibition curated by Camilla Taylor that brings together artists who have experienced the destruction of their home by fire. The exhibition includes those affected by the recent Los Angeles fires of 2025, as well as others who have endured individual, isolated blazes.

I had a dream about an art fair called Claire Fair.

Only Claires are allowed to exhibit. Clares were just let in this year, and there was a lot of grumbling that Claire Fair has really strayed from its original brand. I could not afford tickets to Claire Fair, and was trying to get comped in.
