Five years since the first Covid lockdown announced. My boss refused to let us, office workers, work from home and my job turned from awful to toxic. I will never forgive the people who made a very tough time intentionally worse, but I'm in a much better place now. #covidreflection

Every book I've written has been me working through something I've gone through. The WIP is the first I've intentionally written that way, the rest I've only realised afterwards.

If you're on a browser that allows it, I thoroughly recommend the "Facebook Container" extension, which stops Facebook monitoring any other sites.
(Also, never use apps for these sites if you can help it; you have no control that way. Use web-based if you can.)

UM, I had NO idea facebook was tracking everything I did on the internet. EVERYTHING. I have diligently blocked and followed all ways to try to stop this messed up social media from taking from me, but this is the final straw… THESE JERKS! AGH! [screenshots on how to do it in the comments]
